Sensory Bridges, LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We develop the Brooks Band™ wellness wearable and related products for neurodivergent individuals.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Brooks Band™ name and logo, and the Sensory Bridges name and logo — is owned by Sensory Bridges, LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The Brooks Band™ is the subject of a pending utility patent application.
You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensory Bridges, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sensory Bridges, LLC regarding the Site.
